These Terms of Service govern your use of Habit Tracker, including the website, account features, Google sign-in, and any data you store in the app. By using Habit Tracker, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You may use Habit Tracker only for lawful purposes and only for managing your own health, habit, and personal finance information. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or try to access data that does not belong to you.

Accounts and sign-in

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password, PIN, and any Google account used to access Habit Tracker. If you sign in with Google, you authorize Habit Tracker to receive the identity information Google provides for authentication.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the information you enter into Habit Tracker, including profile details, weight entries, workout logs, nutrition records, meal images, and financial records. You grant Habit Tracker permission to store and process that data only as needed to operate the service.

Third-party services

Habit Tracker may rely on third-party services to provide specific features. Google may be used for authentication. OpenAI may be used to analyze meal images or meal descriptions when you choose to use the nutrition analysis feature. Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.

Availability and changes

Habit Tracker is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, be improved, or be removed over time. Access may be suspended or terminated if the service is abused, if security is at risk, or if maintenance is required.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habit Tracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Habit Tracker after an update means you accept the revised terms.
